John brings a unique perspective to his operational improvement and turnaround engagements. With over 19 years of experience, his credentials consist of a blend of corporate and consulting experience. John’s tenure as vice president and CFO of a South Florida Medical Manufactures company provides him with a perspective of the corporate and operating issues faced by management, other stakeholders and their representatives. He also possesses an extensive consulting background providing interim and crisis management to troubled and under performing companies in a broad array of industries, including manufacturing, financial service, live music, medical, food service and hotels.

John has experience in cash management, budgeting and cash forecasting, cost accounting, business plan development, supply chain management, strategic alliances, customer, and creditor negotiations, and strengthening of the finance function.

John has worked on such projects as Chrysler Financial, Hilton Hotels and Optima Bus Manufacturing assisting them in operational enhancements.

John holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from the Florida Atlantic University.
